I&#039;d offer a couple of minor suggestions, for the first line under Authority:

Get the praise if the project succeeds

I would substitute something likes gains an incentive if the project succeeds.  Praise certainly isn&#039;t the only motivating factor on a project. 

I&#039;d also consider changing chairman to something like &quot;group leader&quot;, &quot;project manager&quot;, &quot;organizer&quot; or something.  Chairman has a specific corporate connotation that I don&#039;t think you want here.
